 Verificada Honesty reimbursement Incredible view and tout during our 2h kqyqk tour ! I made a mistake during the reservation on internet and piqued twice the price… it was entirely my fault but they were perfectly honest and quickly reimbursed the difference, without any hesitation.  Verificada Beautiful Walk Sete Cidades Rui was a wonderful guide - very informative, knowledgeable about the island and the Sete Cidades area, and clearly passionate about what he does. The walk was beautiful, and we had a perfect day to enjoy the scenery. I really enjoyed the experience and would definitely recommend this hike to anyone who enjoys walking longer distances and spending a couple of hours exploring the area.

 Verificada my mistake in renting e-bikes, owner gives us 50% back I thought I booked 6 e-bikes for the following day, but instead I rented 6 normal bikes and paid for it in advance. I found out my mistake when we collected the bikes. Unfortunatelely, my kids did not want to cycle with a normal bike, so we ended up renting nothing. Luckely, the owner was so nice as to give us back half the money we paid.

 Verificada Great introduction to Ponta Delgada and the Azores The city tour was a wonderful way to learn about the culture of Ponta Delgada and Sao Miguel. Roy was a very friendly and informative guide who does a great job sharing his love and knowledge with visitors. He was eager to answer our questions and gave us many suggestions for exploring the area. It was a great experience overall.

 Verificada Paddle with Pleasure Very helpful people work at Azores for All to help visitors enjoy the environs. We rented a tandem kayak on a beautiful day. We reserved the kayak the day before, which was good because it was off season and the equipment would not have been at the lakeside unless we did so. A beautiful paddle. The only wish is that we could have paddled for 2-3 hours!

 Verificada Terrific tour and tour guide...Roy was a Joy! Great way to get to know the city of Ponta Delgada. Roy was a Joy...our tour guide was caring, kind and humorous in our 3+ hour tour of the city. He was thorough and answered all of our questions. Roy's personable approach was much appreciated as he shared his love of the city. Definitely recommend!

 Verificada Good Hometown tour. Roy was an excellent guide around this city. We saw many historical places and he explained things in a concise manner which was easy to understand.  Verificada Highly recommended tour - enjoyable, helpful, informative Manuela (a native of Sao Miguel) was knowledgeable, engaging and articulate (fluent in English). The tour included a broad range of history and culture (food, customs, religion) about Ponta Delgada, Sao Miguel and the Azores. We got a good overview of the city (we recommend doing this tour early in your stay). She gave even more detailed information in response to questions from the group (4 people in our case). She had lots of good suggestions for other places to go around the island, attractions, restaurants, etc. She wrote down many recommendations for us. She was a wealth of information. It was an enjoyable and valuable tour. We followed a number of her recommendations over the next few days and were grateful to have met her and gotten her guidance.
